Ski Passes
This year, we are using a new system that will hopefully make it easier for everyone. The system is almost 100% automatic so following the procedures is essential!
First, you need to create an account and then come back. Click on 'Create new account' on your left.
To make a booking, log in, click on a date, select ski pass #1 or ski pass #2 and click 'Sign Up'. You should then receive and email with your confirmation. I will then review the booking and inform Sunshine Village of the booking. Now here is the important thing: Should you have made several bookings at once then I will cancel them. You will receive a reminder 3 days before your booking so that you wont forget to cancel the pass. You can always see your booking by logging into the site, clicking 'My account' and the 'Signups'
THE RULES AND PROCEDURES
- The passes are free to members but we encourage to consider giving a donation of $30 for each use after the first time.
- Users of the Museum's ski passes must be members of the Centennial Museum Society of Canmore.
- Ski Passes can only be booked one at a time in order to allow others to have access to the passes, except for those with family membership, who can book 2 ski passes for the same day.
- Only 4 uses per month to a maximum of 12 uses per year are allowed. The museum reserves the right to change the rules and procedures at its discretion.
- A booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings for available dates will close automatically 24 hours in advance.
- Please cancel 48 hours in advance.
- Only make one booking at a time as multiple bookings will be canceled automatically!
